♥ WOW!!!!! We really LOOOOVVVVVEEE this polish "Dreamer". It is soooo vibrant on the nails and makes a BOLD statement! It is a clear based polish with purple and blue neon polka dot glitters scattered throughout. The glitters come in a variety of sizes and we included a small amount of tiny short blue bars to compliment the look. You can wear this over any color and have a different look every time. This polish has a great amount of bright neon glitters scattered throughout it!
** All of our NEON glitter polishes glow under UV/BLACKLIGHTS..... they do not glow in the dark**
This polish and ALL of our NEON polishes Glow under UV BLACKLIGHTS...so get ready to stand out if you are at a bowling alley or a rave! lol (THEY DO NOT GLOW IN THE DARK!)

♥ As we all know...All glitter polishes are difficult to remove, so I thought a few helpful tips would be useful:
1. Soak a cotton pad or paper towels with polish remover.
2. Place cotton pad or paper towels on the nail and secure in place with a square piece of tin
foil wrapped around each finger.
3. Keep these on for 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove the cotton pad / tin foil, and the glitter should remove a little more easily.
5. Wash hands thoroughly
