Please note that right now most of our polishes come in limited quantities. *Disclosure: These photos were professionally taken under professional lighting in a single moment in time. The amount of coats applied to each swatch is unknown. Please do not judge the outcomes of your name polish application to these photos because everyone has different application techniques and different lighting surrounding them...you need to look at your finished nails under different lighting situations and apply the amount of coats as you desire to achieve your look. Your nails will turn different colors at different times depending on the lighting surrounding you.
Shipping & Handling
Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA to the shipping address provided on the order within 2-5 business days from your purchase... if there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. During our busy releases of new colors....shipping takes 2 weeks at the minimum due to the massive amount of orders we receive. Please check our announcement area on instagram, etsy or our Facebook page to see updates during these busy times. Packages take around 3-7 days (or sometimes even more depending on where you live) to arrive after your shipment leaves us in California.
•••••••NOTE: If your package is UNDELIVERABLE to your address because you did not put your correct updated shipping address including apartment numbers on the transaction...then we will NOT be responsible to pay for the shipping to resend it back out to you again if it is returned to us. This happens to us at least 6 times a week now and we can no longer absorb these re-shipping costs when this is not our fault!
International Orders
IF YOU ORDER FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY- WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THE RISKS INVOLVED. ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES THE US....THE RISK OF IT GETTING TO YOUR LOCATION IS ALL YOURS! We can not control customs and we know some countries have very strict rules and we can NOT be responsible for lost packages or packages that take a long time to arrive...it is out of our hands when it leaves the US. If you guys don't agree with these terms, please don't order from us...we don't want any problems. :o) If customs takes your package and it doesn't arrive at your doorstep due to your country's laws, then we are not responsible to refund you for this package. This rarely happens but we do want to be honest with everyone from the beginning.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We package all of our polishes in a padded envelope or a box. Each polish is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and protected by shipping peanuts. If somehow your product arrives broken from transit, please email us a photo of it and we will replace it with the exact color originally sent at no cost to you!
We do not offer refunds on our polishes....we will exchange out for exact replacement if a bottle is received broken.
