SCANDALOUS- Multichrome Topper - Multi Color Changing Nail Polish

♥ OKAY....where do I start with this one...... Do you need attention.... well here you go. Scandalous is the best attention getter. It has a color shift from silver to blues to pinks to purples and you can see a rainbow of colors in different lighting situations. This top coat was made to be applied over the polish of your choice. We feel a BLACK BASE COAT shows off this polish at its best. Any other base color works with this topper as well, but might not have such a dramatic effect. This polish has a high shimmer. Under certain lights it has a very cool metallic look! This polish also has holographic hex glitters that add that extra pizazz that every polish needs! This topper only requires 1 to 2 very thin coats to achieve your desired look. ♥ As we all know...All glitter polishes are difficult to remove, so I thought a few helpful tips would be useful:
1. Soak a cotton pad or paper towels with polish remover.
2. Place cotton pad or paper towels on the nail and secure in place with a square piece of tin
foil wrapped around each finger.
3. Keep these on for 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove the cotton pad / tin foil, and the glitter should remove a little more easily.
5. Wash hands thoroughly
