Grape Intentions--Color Changing Thermal Nail Polish
Welcome to Polish Me Silly! We are a mother / daughter team who love to create polish!
♥ Grape Intentions is one of our most popular Color Changing Thermal Nail Polishes!!! In the bottle, Grape Intentions is a deep purple jelly based color. It has a unique base that is a
COLOR CHANGING THERMAL polish. When your body is warm, it is a fushia/magenta color and when your body is cold, it is a beautiful deep purple color.....it depends on your actual body temperature at the time and the surrounding temperature. It is a see through jelly polish which means you can see the different layers of glitter that are applied. **It usually needs 3 coats to achieve a gorgeous manicure. Some of our customers have told us that they put a white base coat on first to achieve a deeper solid color instead of a jelly look...it's up to you but we love it without any base coat. :o) I find that when you are indoors, your manicure will be two-toned with both colors....like the top photo up above. During the changing of colors process, your nails will have an ombre effect on them. It is soooo amazing!!!!!! This polish has a mixture of different sizes of hot pink and purple holo glitters and a gorgeous sparkle throughout it. It is meant to be worn alone and looks cool because you can see through all of the layers you apply! This combo is so gorgeous on! This polish has a smooth finish after applying a top coat. Please apply a thick top coat to seal in the glitter and allow for a smooth finish! Happy Polishing!!! :0)
Please note: Please apply 3 thick coats to achieve a more solid jelly color...it will look too sheer with only 2 thin coats...please apply thick coats and wait 5 minutes between each coat.

♥♥♥♥ Information on Color Changing Thermal Polishes ♥♥♥♥
•••Color Changing Polishes are affected by the temperature around you and/ or by your body temperature or the things you come in contact with.
•••If you have acrylics or regular nails, this process will work perfectly with our brand of thermal polishes. Color Changers work best if you have nails that have grown beyond the nail bed. These nail tips will show off the two-toned look beautifully. If your nails are short and don't have a tip you will STILL experience the colors changing but the two-toned effect will be less prominent depending on the length of your nail. If you have a tiny tiny tip...you will experience the two-toned look! YAY!!!!
•••When you are near air-conditioning, a fan, cold elements outside, a cold pool, warm pool, under warm water, at a restaurant and dip your nails in your water with ice (lol), just put your nails under running cold/hot water or just hold a cold glass....you will see the color changing happen right before your eyes!
•••Color Changing Polishes should NEVER be left outside in the sun or left outside period. This will weaken the ability for your polish to change colors properly...we try each batch of polish before it is sent out to make sure each one works properly.

♥ As we all know...All glitter polishes are difficult to remove, so I thought a few helpful tips would be useful:
1. Soak a cotton pad or paper towels with polish remover.
2. Place cotton pad or paper towels on the nail and secure in place with a square piece of tin
foil wrapped around each finger.
3. Keep these on for 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove the cotton pad / tin foil, and the glitter should remove a little more easily.
5. Wash hands thoroughly
